It is strange to read this review. You have been late for your appointment several times. We have spoken to you about this, because our agenda would be running late. You also did not book the right treatment yourself, for removing old products. You often did this abroad and you did not know what you had on your nails.

When we then indicated that booking the right appointment is important and arriving on time for the appointment, our colleagues got an attitude from you. This is what we had to deal with every time. You gave off bad energy and this became tiring. This happened several times, that the colleagues no longer liked helping you.

It would have been nice to take responsibility for your own actions, instead of accusing us that it was all super strange. Judging from the other reviews, this does not seem to be true and this so-called problem only occurred with you. Also, if you were never completely satisfied, we don't understand why you kept visiting our salon.

We do hope that you can find a salon that can meet your standards.
